First of all, what character are you going to make?
second thing, Publish this proyect in Mugen Guild.If your new character is promising, probabily, you are going to have a coder who wants to help you

Well To Be Honest Its The Ben Riley Spider-Man In My Avatar,I Havent That Many Sprites Of Him But I Will Post Him Onto The MFG

I believe that Genesis has it's share of decent coders as well. [Namely Kamekaze, Rajaa, Drago and TM]
